Imogen started learning the piano at 7 years old and the violin one year later. She always enjoyed being creative and started to turn this creativity to music at an early age, composing in many different styles and for different combinations of instruments. 

 

Imogen studied for her undergraduate degree in Music and German at The University of Bristol, England and Albert Ludwigs Universität Freiburg, Germany with composition as her major subject. She studied the piano with Olena Shvetsova, Marcin Grochowina and Gillian Fielder and the violin with Katharine Adams. Imogen completed a Masters in Composition for Film and Television at The University of Bristol. She has scored a variety of short films and documentaries and is always keen to get involved in new projects.
